Great Fight!

I enjoyed that fight. I hoped Jones would win but deep down I knew Calzaghe would take it. Joe fought a great fight and matched Roy for showmanship! He outworked Roy took some big shots well and recovered from a big knockdown! I'm in no way a big Calzaghe fan but I respect him. Roy boxed a good fight in the opening couple of rounds but began to fade. Props to Roy for showing heart and not giving up even with that bad cut and being outboxed. A great fight IMO with a lot of action and not much clinching.

I think Roy should retire but I think Joe should fight a farewell fight at the Millenium Stadium against Bernard Hopkins. Some people believe B Hop beat Joe (I think Joe won) so joe should take him on and beat him once and for all and give his loyal fans a proper goodbye.

If Joe Calzaghe does retire I won't complain as he's had a great career and doesn't owe anyone anything!

Just to add I've seen a few people still say that Roy Jones jr is shot but I think he redeemed himself in this fight and although the scorecards never reflected it, he made it harder for Calzaghe than many thought it would!

Calzaghe is the best ever super middleweight and the best ever light heavyweight champion of the world! He has took on everybody and anybody there was to beat. He is a true champion. Jones just wasnt in his league alot of ppl thought jones would beat calzaghe no way even back in the day of the jones era Calzaghe would of been to much for jones. Joe has done it all now proved everyone wrong. I always believed in joe and have always thought he was the pound for pound best in the world. Even when mayweather was around calzaghe was the better man. I really like Calzaghe i respect him because he has had to come up the hard way no one really given him the credit he deserves but now everybody should respect joe as the best ever british fighter and one of the all time greats. Thanks joe your the man and you dont need to prove anything!

Everyone's got their own opinion. I never criticised Joe, I gave him his props and he should retire on top!
