I keep telling the cats on here who say Hatton can't box that they are wrong. Ricky always was able to box, some of his early fights prove he has good skills.

      Good luck, Paulie.
Urango and the Tackie fight to an extent was a decent Boxing display by Hatton

i agree the people who think he has no skill dont know much about Boxing IMO Hatton's has ALWAYS had very good footwork its one of his best assets

you could say Iran Barkley did not have much skill but to lands power punches you need to be able to have a fair bit of skill cause fighters dont all stand infront of you and let you **** away at them

i believe changing to much to quick may hinder Hatton rather than help him the old Hatton beats Paulie with ease imo

this could possibly make the fight harder for Hatton
yeah agree with that man, hatton will need that agression and the hatton of old will have taken paulie to the cleaners, possibly even scored KO with that left hook to the body.

i guess it depends on how much training mayweather snr is doing with him and if he is changing any of the fundamentals in hattons training. having said that there is always room for improvement and if maywether snr gets ricky to use his jab more often, more head movment and who knows maybe even throw in the odd feint then we have a ricky hatton that is alot better, smarter and dangerous.

            yep

dont get me wrong Prescott may well have knocked Khan out regardless but i honestly dont think he would of done it in 60 seconds if Rubio had not messed about with Khan's style the way he did

ricky needs to let his ****ing hands go.i can't for the life of me understand why someone who has the kinda natural ability that ricky has( very much like a small tyson) would clinch more than he should.

I honestly don't believe Ricky Hatton needs changing, his record speaks for itself. The hugging isn't pretty but it gets the job done. Trying to out box Paulie would be a big mistake.

He may show improvement in the 1st few rds. Once fatigue sets in then he will revert back to the old Hatton. If Paulie lasts then he may pull off the upset!

Serious? I don't see Khan going more than one round with Prescott no matter what. His chin simply can't take the power, and Prescott is accurate too.
