he says he has nothing to lose, he has proven everything he has to prove and which to me says he is no longer looking to be the best and considering the observation that says he respects and seems like a friend of calzaghe, he'll let him retire with his perfect record while still getting his payday

If Roy loses, there'd be no interest in a rematch. If anyone was going to take a dive, it would be Joe. Think about it.

Personally I don't think anyone will take a dive. Calzaghe will visit the canvas at least once and Roy will win a fairly close decision.
