For those that say Jones is going to win...

    Here's a reality check
The last GOOD win Jones had was in 2003, the first time he fought Tarver. He has since been knocked out twice and then faced two no names and a bloated up past his prime superwelterweight in Felix Trinidad. Even in his fight against Trinidad he was hit cleanly in the first couple of rounds. Calzaghe has had quality wins over Jeff Lacy, Mikkel Kessler, Sakio Bika, and Bernard Hopkins since then.
Jones' hands have gotten noticeably slower and Calzaghe has the edge in the speed department. Calzaghe's volume of punches and workrate will also exceed Jones. Calzaghe has a pretty sturdy chin and has been in the ring with fighters who hit harder than Jones.
There's no question Jones is a first ballot hall of famer and one of the best fighters of his generation. But he's clearly past it and will stand no chance against Calzaghe.

Calzaghe's wins over Bika and Hopkins were "quality"? No, they weren't, they were both cagy, ugly bouts.

They were wins over quality opposition, making it a quality win.

Couldn't have said it better. RJJ at this point is just a name. My guy had it at 4 to 1 a month ago now it is down to nearly 2 to 1. People are really believing the 24/7 hype thinking RJJ is gonna turn the clock back. Can't see it Calz should win a comfortable Dec.

Hopkisn was, yes, but I don't think Sakio Bika is quality opposition, IMO. He's tough, but he's not really quality.

Clearly????? Make sure you comeback tomorrow dip****, after RJJ has another victory on his record.

If you should've learned anything this year in boxing, it's that nothing is clear.
Joe Calzaghe aint unbeatable and RJJ even at 39 is still pretty fast. Joe Calzaghe is not rematching Jeff Lacy here, it's RJJ, even if it's an old one.

So don't tell me about him CLEARLY not having a chance.
