Read between the lines. Last month, team Juanma claimed they offered Concepcion a fight and they claimed that team Concepcion said "No". Even said that nobody in the top ten of his division was willing to fight him...remember that article?

Then a few days ago, Arum in an interview claimed that no offer was given to team Concepcion. His exact words "they (team Concepcion) seem to want the fight. They seem to figure that they can win. You can’t argue with anybody. They want the fight. We didn’t even offer it to them. They went after it.” So who was lying?

Team Juanma claimed Penalosa overpriced himself, turned out talks didn't even reach purse. The interview's online.

Abe's manager said no...tsk tsk tsk... claims that 30 days isn't enought time to prepare for a fighter of Juanma's caliber. I guess Juanma gets to keep his belt and unblemished record a while longer At least this time, I cannot claim that team Juanma chickened out.
