• Drops hands to taunt opponent.
• Punch resistance questionable.
• Foot speed decreased in recent fights.

Joe Calzaghe

• Can throw wide swinging punches.
• Can duck into oncoming punches.
• Drops hands to taunt opponent.
• Can leave himself open to shots when advancing.

What other flaws can you think of that these two fighters have?

Uppercuts and straight-rights, hoping calzaghe has fixed those problems. When he is in close he leaves himself slightly open for uppercuts and from a slight distance straight rights work wonder against calzaghe.

Calzaghe squares himself up quite a bit, Jones backs straight up with hands low, he still does that from time to time now.

calzaghe has the ugliest effing style ive ever seen. dude is so awkward and like wth? you know? dont like his style at all..but i guess thats a good thing for him.

I know what you mean, Calzaghe's power is underestimated, he does the slap style due to those hand problems but, like Roy said, he can sting you with the occasional heavy shots after he's broken through the guard with the flurries.

nah, it just unbalances them, those slaps are more pushes than anything else
