lets start a serious revolution to abolish sanctioning bodies

im sick and ****ing tired of bull**** mandatories, paper champs, and wrongful strippings. these prevent the best fighters of doing what the sport deserves, its time for US, THE MOTHER ****ING FANS, THE HEART OF BOXING to step up and make a statement against sanctioning bodies. one title should rule above all, the ring, all other belts should be abolished.

would you join in a revolt against them? how can we get started?

    not gonna happen.

    too much money involved.

i'd settle for the wba , wbc , wba , ibf , etc. making an agreement to put each others' champions as mandatories.

All boxing fans agree wit this **** but there's little that we as observers can do about some **** like this. Our best bet is to keep ****tin on the alphabet belts and hope the fighters who pay to fight for them will eventually smarten up and realize the Ring belt represents the linear championship and is the only one that matters.

if people stopped acknowledging the sanctioning bodies, then that would pretty much shut them down. if a few pro boxers would get behind something like this, it would make a big impact.

I don't think the 4 bodies are a problem if they allow unification bouts instea dof crying about sencond rate madatories. If they don't stop fights from happening then let them be. That is the change ***** needs to bring.

If you shut them down then what will you replace them with? (don't say the GBP owned Ring Magazine which was a joke to start off with as they didn't alwyas give it to linear and true champ) That solution will never happen because up an comers looking for recognition will jump on them belts because they bring more money.

agree champions should fight champs! **** those bum ass mandatories thats just an excuse promoters have not to make the big fights. who here really wants to see berto vs colazzo? why not berto vs clottey or even cotto or marg. he cant do that because the wbc would strip him and give his belt to colazzo. who the **** has colazzo beat? unification fights are more exciting for the fans imo the other **** sounds like bs to me

The funny thing is that even though they seem like they are in charge, they aren't. The fans are. This is a business and it doesn't exist without us. If fans actually got together and decided to boycott this nonsense they would disappear. Unfortunately we're willing to throw out whatever they put in front of us.

SEE TUA. this is why democracy is overrated. In the world and me as dictator I'd make them fight each other under penalty of death if they refused.
