Tito is a better counter puncher than Barkley he would'nt of been hunched over taking shots or fighting with his face

i realise Hearns could very well blow Tito away with his power but Tito is too dangerous himself to be counted out so easy

        So... Hearns > Ray Robinson?

        That's something new.

Your saying at 147 and I'm assuming you meant in their primes. The Barkley fight was at middleweight when Tommy was out of his prime.

Too close to call...Tito could knockout anyone at 147..period. So could Hearns. Anyone with one punch knokcout power has a chance. Though Hearns has an very slight edge in boxing abililty...people forget at 147 Tito boxed pretty well himself (see Trinidad vs. Campos). But once Campos floored Tito ..Tito started fighting. Same can be said about Hearns ...his pride wouldnt allow someone to just try and come at him and knock him out while he "tried to outbox" (see Hagler vs. Hearns). He would try and go toe to toe...then the fight is up in the air.

                good post agreed

Tito was the lesser boxer against Vargas and David Reid but when Tito cranks up his relentless preasure and starts hitting you its all over

people forget how accurate of a power puncher Tito was at 147 he was one of the best finishers in the game take a look what he did to Blocker

hearns boxes circles around, hurts, drops and KO's tito in 5 or less. tito just couldnt hang with a good boxer with a jab and hearns had one hell of a jab.
