Don't worry, guys. Calzaghe became the first man in history to overcome the Atlas curse by beating Hopkins (Atlas picked Calzaghe). I suspect it's the tea that uncle Calzaghe prepares. Therefore since the curse will not be in effect Jones should have this in the bag.

As Octavius Roy Cohn once wrote about a character, "he was suddenly goin'to be AIN'T"
It's not really true that Teddy always backs the underdog. It may look like that to some fans who are comparative late-comers to the game. BUT....Teddy always gave reasoned, well thought-out choices, which unfortunately, seemed to nearly always lose.
This eventually became noticed, leading to a large amount of "Teddy's-Picks" bashing, since it was almost the "kiss-of-death" to a fighter if Teddy picked him to win. In fact, there was a strong, recurrant, but eventually uncomfirmed story going around that boxers who wanted to win, used to phone up Teddy and plead with him NOT TO PICK THEM...............even offer him a part of their betting winnings.......
But, Teddy, like any PR savvy guy, even one as stubborn as he, eventually made a credit out of a debit, in other words he began to say that"since I always back the underdog, I'll go for...." And, this is what he always does, today.
I'd suggest to Jones that he should threaten Teddy that he will "suddenly goin' to be AIN'T", if he doesn't change his choice............PRONTO !!Comment
