If Pwill didn't lose to Q....

Would we have seen Williams/Cotto instead of Margarito/Cotto?

An undefeated Williams vs. an undefeated Cotto? Or would the fact that Arum promotes both have made Marg/Cotto happen either way?

i believe so, after that loss arum was able to setup gomez/cotto and cintron/margarito to setup matchup for top welterweight and get most profit since both fighters were his. but b4 marg/cotto williams avenged his loss and made claim for him still being best ww.

it was a good thing that PW lost his 0, he seems to be more focused now and he's actually closing his gloves and making his punches count.

no. arum already had cotto/margarito planned before williams/quintana.

Arum always wanted Cotto to fight Margarito, if he wanted to make a fight with Williams happen, he could have done it right after Williams beat Margarito.

No, not yet anyway. Arum knew that between Cotto and Margarito he had two of the top three WWs in the world, and nobody was going to question him putting them up against eachother.
