Obviously the Bute fight which I probably don't even need to post a vid since it's fresh in people's minds. Whether he made the count was irrelevant. It's the fact that the ref's intention was to give Bute additional time.

It was a really slow count but it's debatable as to whether Douglas would have stayed down as long if the referee was counting properly. The fighter has to be on his feet and read before 10, regardless of how fast the ref counts.
