too many weight divisions - too many sanctioning bodies in boxing

its ****ing ridiculous, it allows fighters to hide, and creates WAY too many paper champs.

there only needs to be two sanctioning bodies (just so unification is possible to keep things intriguing), and each weight class needs to be seperated by at least 15 pounds.

Yeah I agree, too many sanctioning bodies that it's sick, nothing is worse than the W.B.A. right now, it's confusing. On top of that we have "champions" for every region in the world.

Why have even 2 sanctioning bodies??.. If you only have 1.. then unification doesn't even need to exist..
you have the top ranked guys fight the champ.. that is the way it should be

I think its going to get to the stage where the ring belt is what matters.

the only reason i say have two sanctioning bodies is because it would help keep boxing on the rise financially.

two champions facing off against each other generates more money and interest than a champ taking on challenger.

but i think having one belt is better than having four, i just think two would be optimal, but sanctioning bodies are just ****** with all of their rules. who the **** runs sanctioning bodies anyways? supposed boxing experts or something?

15 pounds is way too much of a weight difference for the little guys. However I can relate to the purists who dont like all of the in between weight classes, JLW, SLW, SWW, SMW and so on.
