cmon now a trainer doesnt make that much of a difference, look at cintron with his new trainer he was supposed to box from a distance and be smarter
styles make fights mosley style is all wrong for margarito and he wont change it with 2 months with this new trainer

Cintron is not that great of a BOXER whereas Shane is and Shane is fast....faster than Cotto.
Margarito needs to fight Paul Williams the guy that beat him last year.

mosely no longer has the speed or power he once had. gone are the quick powerful punches. he hasn't changed his style as he has aged. he needs to go back to the fundamentals and he was never really fundamentally sound. he relied on quick combinations he can no longer do that. to beat margarito that is definitely what you need.... new trainer can't do that in a short time. he needs a couple of fights with lesser opponents. but of course, at this stage in his career he can't afford to do that..

It's an interesting fight. I still like to think that Shane can crack harder than Cotto. It might just be opportunity to acheive a different outcome than Cotto was able to get. But, there's always a but, I'm not sure Shane can provide the same output that Cotto did in July. Given that, I think if Marg can apply major pressure and punch every minute of every round, he might be to much for Shane. His size will also be a factor.

Mosley can win if he does a few things. One is get in great condition and go to the body of Margarito he is quick enough and then move in the center of the ring. Of course this is gonna be tough but if Mosley can use his legs attack and then circle with the occasional holding he has a shot. Also i think Margarito is slow enough with his footwork that a great conditioned Mosley can make a fight on it. Still a huge task but possible.

this is a good move, but i cant see the outcome change too much...he will learn how to move better, but to win he will need to punch Margarito...and thats when the trouble starts...Marga will punch back and then they will engage. I cant see Shane the older and smaller man win
