          The economy is so bad i heard there was only 27 people in the arena when vanes fought, but it doesn't help his fights are at damn near noon

            I can only speak for myself here, but its a definite "yes" for me. The Hops vs Pavlik PPV was the first one this year I simply could not afford to buy. I will not be able to buy any more PPVs at least until next year. Thank god for streams!

                it a 50/50 thing for me...most of it is because the economy is bad...but the other half is because people aren't into boxing like they use to..so buys are lower than what they use to be

                  Definitely. When money is tight, boxing PPV's are eliminated by all but the most hardcore fans. Calzaghe-Jones will be an interesting indication. In good times that fight would do very well.
