Anyone else agree with me now after the Pavlik hype has gone?

You boys could certainly use a bit of Dennis right now.

I mean Pavlik looked unbeatable against Lockett also. It is easy to look good against Tomato Cans. Truth is we have no idea where Kessler stands since his loss to Calzaghe.

Both Kessler and Pavlik have a world to prove in my eyes right now.

kessler is more skilled than pavlik but definitley not on ber-nard's level of skills. kessler is limited compared to hopkins, he only uses the jab - straight right combo over and over again, kind of like pavlik. right now, neither guy looks like a world beater to me either.

I think people are underrating Pavlik. Kessler is no Hopkins when it comes to movement and he's much more one dimensional in the sense of being a standup 1-2 fighter (like Pavlik) which is suited to Pavlik's style. We saw what a crafty fighter like Calzaghe did to him and even had him hurt at one point just from a couple of punches, not accumulation.

It would be a tough fight to call but I wouldn't count out Pavlik or even a KO.
