Fighters who are great at slipping punches.

Name those fighters you feel fall into this category.

Tbh, there is something so exhilarating about watching a fighter slip or duck a shot, knowing that if his head movement is even a little off, he's gonna get nailed.

Duran is my fave, his ability to slip punches was incredible, and what made his defense so good. Even at the age of, what, 36/37, he was making Barkley miss him again and again. Mother****er used to hit the speedbag with his head!

    Benitez, Whitaker were amazing too.

Modern day, I'm not sure who falls into this category. Cotto had a little cameo in round 5/6 against Margs at the end. Mayweather's good.

Oddly enough, I remember Vargas dodging a heck of alot of early bombs from Tito in their fight. I know he got beat up, but I loved the way he was slipping those combos from Tito for a while.

Oh yeah, who can forget how he slipped Hopkins punches, all 25 of them.

He's so susceptible for that right hand counter, it's not even funny. Hopefully JJ tags him silly.

Buddy MCGirt was quite adept at slipping his opponents shots.

When two elites fight each other, it's pretty hard to slip punches...

Well done on finding pics of Calzaghe landing on Hopkins face. They're pretty rare. I think there's probably one more out there somewhere.
