I don't know about that. It is closer for me. Jones was clearly on the decline by 2002. The Ruiz fight covered for it but if you watch the Clinton Woods fight closely you can see Roy is nowhere near say his 1998-2000 level. The ROy that fought BHop was pretty raw but his speed and reflexes were still immense.

He may have had the total package I would just question what condition that package was in. I did not like what I saw in that Woods fight.
