Vic was just as succesfull in flyweight before his loss as Marg was in ww before his. They both cam back won belts, then unified against the #1 guys, both p4pers. Im not saying the ranking system is right, but accorfing to margs example vic should be in the top 10.
Margarito was #1 for quite some time. and if you want go based on just because you beat a p4p means your one we can go back to numerous instances where it doesn't hold true. You have to have more than just that one victory. I don't know much about vic's resume and his opposition but i know margs was almost cracking p4p list even before the cotto fight and if he had beat williams he would have been on. Mijares barely cracked some p4p list, while cotto was top 3 or 4 in many so if you want go on just that margarito's win does more for him p4p since he beat someone recognized by everyone top 5 p4p.

btw thanks for not being so baised like mr. vanes over here.

    • props to vic
mijares was too much of a warrior for his own good
anyway on the bright side mijares vs montiel was never going to happen but now vic vs montiel can happen, they can unify the four belt and force the ring magazine to award a title to the winner

Yeah they kind of barked up the wrong tree with this one but hey Im still waiting for an answer to previous question posed to Vanesboxing about where he put Raheem and Pacquiao when they beat their first p4p fighters.

I could help them seeing as how I have actually seen some of Vic's opponents not fighting Vic but I figure I would give them a chance to actually debate this out a bit

I guess I will wait here some more

Tell me this. WHO HAS DONAIRE BEATEN BESIDES VIC? His resume stinks and all you pinoys think hes the greatest. Unfortunately you will be upset when Donaire fights Arce.
Hey hey hey...... Wanna bet? I got Donaire over Arce...

thats the thing the douche comes around trying to say the armenian fighters are the best thing since god invented *****. than they talk all foul, and bitchy to anyone who does not see it that way. on top of all that they contribute nothing about any other topics void of the armenian fighters, and have no real knowledge of the sport or any current topics minus vic, vanes, or aa. sad, and comical at the same time. eh, whatever, some people are just born *******s. not there fault i guess.

              • Well I will tell you this,

First off let me start by saying I personally don't have Vic on my Top 10 P4P, I just don't because I know his weakness and I know his strenghts like the back of my hand. Having said that let me tell you that when Vic said " I have NEVER prepared for a fight like I have for this one" before his Mijares fight, he was not Lying ( I knew that but I didn't know if that was going to be enough)and I guess he proved that Saturday. Having said that, I have said numerous times Vic did NOT prepare for Nonito, not one bit. Never heard of the guy and he figured I'll come in KO him by the 4th go have some Armenian BBQ and head the fu.ck back to Austrailia. Now that doesn't mean I don't give credit to Donaire, in fact I give Donaire ALOT of credit because you can tell he did a **** load of homewrok on Vic, and that just respect for Vic. Thats what Vic is trying to say when he says " I beat myself " because he didn't prepare and again I am not taking anything from Donaire but if the rematch happens I can PROMISE, QUOTE ME, a Vic Darchinyan victory. I won't say KO, but Vic will win because he is sssssssssssssoooooooooooooo hungry for revenge its sad.

then he is VIC's ***** again GUARANTEED!

after what VIC did to Mijares, and how poor Donaire looked, I very much doubt Donaire and his handlers will even look to fight VIC again.
Vic's ***** again? You can say that about Glen but Nonito KTFO him out. Remember this.......

I was about to say that. I believed its either the 3rd or 4th round that Donaire tagged Vic and he got hurt.

Vanes, you said that Nonaire beat Vic to the punch. How do you know Vic was gonna land the punch that will KO Donaire(if Nonito did not beat him to the punch)? Its been awhile since i saw the entire fight but Vic was missing his punches when aiming for Nonitos head.

Anyone know why Vic has Spitak on the front of his trunks, I know Spitak is a place in Armenia but don't know why he chose it?
