I was more surprised by Darchinyan winning but was more impressed with Hopkins' performance.

This. Darchinyan fought a great fight, but I don't think I can ever become a fan of his after what I saw him to do Mijares

Vics performance was definelty more impressive, he outboxed the boxer and manged to keep his power punching brawler style. I dont think anyone ever questioned Bhops abilities above Pavlik, just his age and stamina.

Hey dawg you gotta love the Lil' Bull. He talks, he walks, when he throws a punch his facial expressions seem as if he is tring to kill someone and then at the post fight press conference he wants to hug Mijares, LMAO
Look Dibella said it, "he talks alot, and he might go to far, but Vic is really a great guy" that plus I love the way he fights (Im gonna KYTFO or your gonna KMTFO attitude) makes me a huge fan..............

Vic Darchinyan's performance was more impressive.

              - Mijares is higher than Pavlik on most p4p lists and a more skillful fighter.
              - Darchinyan won by KO not a decision. Hopkins tried to stop Pavlik, but could not.
              - Mijares had been down only once before, Pavlik had been down at least three times.
