Are our talking about the music during the end credits? I've looked into it before. It was created specifically for HBO. During the credits it says music by "____" (can't recall his name).

Right before the end credits. There is a sequence of training and build up. They do it with most episodes in this series. Enzo talks about joe winning no matter what during it. Shots of joe in his limo riding on an NYC bridge. etc.
