Sturm is a typical Euro champ. If you wanna give him props for beating no-names Euros and hiding from the USA, that's cool. He won't get any love from the only place that matters though.

He definitely gets my respect if he fights Abraham, who came to the US recently and seems to want big fights, unlike Sturm who hasn't been back since losing to Oscar (the first time in history a German fighter was screwed here. if we screw him over 150 more times, then it's about even between Germany and the U.S.)

I haven't really talked about it nor seen it, but I thought he was going to get KOd, so I'm very impressed.

why did you think Sturm would be KO'd by an unknown Euro?

Sturm fought an excellent fight. He showcased his trademark jab which might be in the top 3 in the world. Sturm is a highly skilled defensive specialist and would pose a lot of problems for both Abraham and Pavlik.

Felix Sturm is probably the fastest and most skillful middleweight in the world. Sylvester is a very good fighter was very determined to win, but he was outclassed by Felix.

Props to Felix Sturm, and credit to Sebastian Sylvester too for showing great heart and giving it his best effort until the final bell!

Because that "unknown Euro" KOd and battered Javier Castellijo, who strum got KOd by and narrowly beat the second time.

I didn't even know who the hell Sylvester was? And Castillejo is old Sylvester gets no credit from me for that win.

If Sturm faces Abraham, Pavlik or even Mundine then he'll get some credit
