and its GREAT they are doing these rebates...

think about the cost of tequilla, beer, and coke...and you get a PPV after that...its a good trade off...so you get booze and coke to enjoy WITH the fight and the fight is free.

This is EXCELLENT and I think it really will boost PPV sales since its definately more affordable now.
so if I go out and buy 3 6 packs of Tecate beer on the actual day of the fight, use THOSE beers to get drunk during the fight, you saying I could still send in the coupons to get the fight free afterward? that's better than what I originally thought then, I thought you had to send the coupons in advance to get the fight free not that you could buy the beers the same night as the fight and then send it in later in the month..

I'm saying is every cable company going to comply with this? I got Time Warner.. also does anyone have a pic of one of these Coca Cola's or Tecate beer packs with the offer printed on it because I have yet to see that around my way. I'm dead serious at first I wasn't gonna bother but I could dead ass get the fight by only switching from Olde English to Tecate for a night? I would do that if the fight is free..

They're rebates. It means you pay for the fight. You get the refreshments (energy drink, beer, tequila) and you clip the rebates out and send them to the address listed to get your $50 back.

Never mind the face that you possibly wasted around 50 to do that.

This is exactly why companies do this, because statistically men
will not go through the trouble of doing this ****. Yea, they'll buy the
coke, beer and tequila but we are too lazy to fill in rebates much less go
to the post office to drop it in.

if all I have to do is buy the beer and then on like December 11th or some **** go mail them rebates out I would do that but if I have to pay first and then receive the money back afterward I wouldn't **** with it. they do mail in rebates with phones and **** where if something costs 350$ and you have a rebate of 75$ you would still have to pay the 350$ on the spot and they would mail you back 75$ of that making what you paid 275$ BUT until you get that check in the mail you still paid 350$ u feel me? I just don't want no loop hole **** going on here and end up paying for a fight I ain't even hyped about.

What I'm saying is, in order to get that 5o back from paying the PPV, you got to spend at least 50 more just to get the rebates.

So you just wasted 100 to get 50 back.
