Joe UD. The thread on Roy puts up a good argument though, Roy does have much better shot than some like to give him credit for.

Joe will probably win by UD. There is a slim chance that he can KO Jones, but Joe doesn't seem to have the power in his straight left he had a few years ago, because of hand injuries.

I'm worried about the New York area boxing judges, though. Let's not forget Lewis vs. Holyfield I, Malignaggi vs. Njoudgo, and Casamayor vs. Santa Cruz. If Julie Lederman is working the fight, the best Joe can hope for is a SD, unless he knocks Jones out.
