Why is everyone so Hard on Nonito Donaire?

First off Nonito Donaire is the MAN! He's a very talented, skilled, complete fighter, plus he has KO power. I personally think he is the more all around complete better filipino fighter than manny pacquiao, yet he always seems to get criticized and never gets the full love he deserves.

You guys hear the booing in the mandalay tonight? WTF? his opponent tonight was a hard ass, with great defense and offense and is ranked #1 by the governing bodies, so yes it was a tough hard fight for Donaire, yet I felt Donaire pretty much dominated the fight and won the majority of the rounds clearly. Donaire was dropping bombs and even combos and yet the audience was booing him as if he was pulling a john ruiz or something? even the commentators were hard on him and i see a lot of people here on boxing scene are hatin on him as well.

unfortunately it seems as if donaire will always be in pacquiao's shadow until pac man retires? hopefully thats not the case cause donaire is the MAN! a true fight fan who understands the skills/techniques behind the sweet science should appreciate a fighter like donaire and give him his.

his knock out of vic darchiniyan still gives me goose bumps and almost makes me teary eyed every time i see that clip.

With Donaire's falling out relationship with Vic's promoter, I would be guessing it would take serious money for a rematch between them to happen.

Expectations are so high after what he did to Vic in the first fight.

It was expected from a Mexican dominated live audience who's trying to relive the glory days of the years gone by through JCC Jr. They can't just accept the fact that not one Mexican can't get through the no. 1 border patrol in Manny Pacquiao...

                  Border patrol???

                  Lols....

The Mexicans prolly are saddened by the fact that never in the annals of Mexican boxing have their great fighters been dominated by a single man. Never.

Although Im sure Mexicans also admire the courage and accomplishments that pac did. It's just sad for them that Pac busted every champ they had.

Yeah, Pac who already lost to a faded Morales and barely managed a controversial win over 35yo Marquez (which Donaire also believed should have went to JMM).

Anyway, comments like those are the reason Donaire will remain in Pac's shadow, any time his name comes up Pac huggers change the topic back to Manny.
