That's what I heard in 2006 when he was 28-0. Now 2 years and 10 fights later he haven't step it up.

Honestly.... the only improvement I saw in Jr. this time around was his better conditioning and pacing.
Skills wise though I would say I have seen him better and I am more disappointed in him than actually impressed.
The least he could do is not lower his hands..Comment
