Well, I'm pretty certain Roy won't do what BHop did in the fact that if Joe can't punch, he won't go on to defend himself excessively just cause. Jones ain't Hop and won't be tired halfway through the fight barely being hit. The first thing I'm looking for in the fight is how Joe deals with Roy's hand speed, and second, is if he puts enough or has enough pop in his punches to discourage Jones. If Joe can effectively deal with #1 he can manage a decision. If #2 is in play, Joe wins. Period. Roy wins if Joe can't do #1 and 2. That simple.

My gut tells me, Joe gambled too much on Roy being done. I'm not convinced he hits as hard as Tarver and Glen Johnson at this stage with some secret power he hasn't displayed. I'm not completely sold that he'll tire Jones out based on Hopkins gassing. These are two elements that have to go his way to guarantee a big win. Joe uses his agility for defense, while Roy has moved on to something conventional. This might be the difference in the hand speed effectiveness category.
