"Worlds Worst Boxer" retires tomorow after one last fight

I dont know if you guys saw this but Peter Buckley dubbed the "worlds worst boxer" by cnn retires tomorow after one more fight, his 300th fight. He will set the record for most fights and losses. His rec is 31( 8kos)-256 (10kos)-12.
Its pretty impressive that a dude with 256 losses has only been kod 10 times. I cant imagine the guys who lost to him, lol. It kind of sucks that boxing only gets these types of headlines these days on the major news sites. Check out his interviwe on cnn.com.

It's pretty impressive that a guy with that many losses can manage to drag himself into the ring for another one. Mentally speaking, that would send me into a deep, dark depression from which there would be no return. I'd be giving a blow-job to a *******, if I didn't watch myself. The guy's got guts, if nothing else.

Well, I have this to say...I hope he wins his last fight, and wish him luck. That way, everything (but the KO's) would be a multiple of four. Us mild OCD guys love that ****.

Yeah its pretty amazing how someone with god knows how many straight losses is still willing to lace them up. In the interview he says he loves boxing so much, thats why he does it. Honestly there are a lot of things i love to do, but after that many failures the love has to stop and get annoying. Props to this dude.

If the guy is fighting at near 40 and almost 1700 pro rounds, and only been stopped 10 times in 300 fights, and his brains aren't scrambled, then he must have some ability and know-how in the ring. My guess is that he just goes in there to survive and collect his paycheck.

A dubious distinction and title, but he's surely better than Eric Crumble, who's 0-31 with 31 KO losses in 42 rounds fought.

But he does have a no-contest in there.

According to him he gives it his all in every fight, never just to survive. LOL. I kinda believe him, if he was going in just for a paycheck he would just lay down in the first, only 10kos in 256 losses say this dude comes to fight.
