if u think all of his fights are boring, you must not have seen most of his fights.. u probably only saw baldomir and de la hoya or something.. try watching floyd vs gatti, corrales, corley, chavez, augustus, etc.. im tired of people saying he's a boring fighter and they havent even watched his fights..

back to the subject, i hope he stays retired there's no point of him coming back.. there's always going to be haters and he's never going to be able to please everyone.. if he came back and fought margarito, cotto, williams, etc.. there would be fools coming out the woodworks saying he needs to fight other people and so on and so on.. stay retired

and as far as fighting the best he's fought more top fighters than cotto, williams and margarito

I think people do have a point when they say he has been in a couple of great fights that are hard not to enjoy...

Mayweather-Corley was pretty violent, and so was Mayweather-N'dou.

People who tell you that finding Mayweather to be a boring fighter are overstepping their bounds a bit.

Just ask them how entertaining they found Mayweather-Rios... that should shut them up pretty quick.

Yeah, I don't know why people on this forum toss out petty, childish, absurd insults at fighters, and each other, like that. Too many here are guilty of that. Hard to overlook sometimes.

I'm guilty of, a time or two, being a little petty myself, but I try not to be a complete ass, not unless someone is being deliberately insulting or rude for no reason. I'm not one of those people who think "Can't we all just get along" much (great idea, wrong species...humans were built for adversity), I just prefer to be combative when it's the right thing to do, not just for the hell of it, or because I'm on the losing end of a discussion, and sure as hell not just because someone disagrees with me, or doesn't like the same fighters I do.
