Evangelista Cotto, uncle and trainer of Miguel Cotto, confirmed the scoop that has a lot of people excited. Early Thursday morning, BoxingScene.com's editor, Rick Reeno, dropped a another big news breaker when he revealed that Top Rank and Lou DiBella were both interested in a potential fight between Cotto and undefeated WBC champion Andre Berto. My guess is that Cotto will probly get an easier fight like Jennings...Cintron...or Karas.

And Berto will have an easy fight.

They both blow out their opponets and sets up a fight with them.

I dont see why Miguel would have problem with that. He is fighting Margarito again in July, might as well take a tough fight in between.
Berto is gonna get beat up if the fight happens.

Man this is good, my only concern is Bertos camp knowing he is not ready for Cotto. The only question I have is will this be a PPV? Im not so sure Berto will want a non PPV Cotto fight.

I guess that means Clottey or Berto. I actually think Clottey is the better fight for him style wise.

I would pick Cotto over everyone at welterweight outside of Margarito. I would have him even with Williams though, I guess. A title makes things a lot more interesting too.
