After Moorer.. Who next for the Tiger?

I say either a Barette or Guin or JC Gomez level fighter or even better I say he starts to call out Wlad. I think he has the style to stop Wlad, all you need is a chin and a set of ballz and you'll win. I mean if Brewster can then why not Jirov.

What do you guys think, whos JIrov next opponent?

Wlad v Jirov would be a good fight. Jirov has a serious chin and has some pop at heavy. If Wlad is too tenative, like he was for his last fight, he could be stopped.

Jirov vs. Byrd would be a good fight. But Toney is what he wants as well as the general public. Jirov's chin has always looked good, but I think a good punch from any of the big boys will make you sleep fast.

I could also see he trying to hook up with Fres Oquendo or Jeremy Williams.

James Toney will be fighting for a belt if he can stay healthy, so a rematch doesn't look immediately likely.

Jirov vs. Tarver would be a bigger moneymaker than a number of heavyweight battles. Jirov beat Tarver as an amateur; there's a backstory there as well as a better size differential.

Calling Wlad out doesn't accomplish mutch.

If Jirov can't get a big name, a Juan Carlos Gomez or someone ranked 10-20 would be a good stepping stone towards a Toney rematch or going after a contender. And I know a lot of people love Jirov, but he's not a contender yet. He's 0-1 at heavy. He needs a few more fights. After Moorer he should face another couple guys who aren't "top" opponents but are credible enough to continue to build Jirov's heavyweight reputation.

A Toney vs Jirov match can be built up to be a huge fight, that's if Jirov keeps winning.
I'd like to see Jirov vs Tarver. I think Jirov can KO him, which will put Jirov in the publics eye for sure.

The Jirov-Moorer should be pretty good, especially for being on FOX Sports.

Jirov-Moore should be entertaining, a Cruserweight verses the 400 pound man-just leave it to Fox.

After that the sky can be the limit for Jirov, A heavyweight that 90% of the boxing fans actully enjoy watching, imagine that.
