The best British fighters have the Worst Traniners

Speaking of Enzo and Billy. I think tremendous credit needs to be given to both Hatton and Zaghe. I mean how do they win so many championship fights with those two on board.

Have we had any other champs with worse trainers in their corner?

Enzo made Joe, Joe wouldn't be what he is now without Enzo.

The competion overseas is nothing compared to here in the states. If Joe and Hatton had started thier careers here in the states with those 2 trainers, they both would be unheard of right now.

The minute Ricky stepped foot on U.S soil, he barely made it out of a fight with Luis Collazo, which in the opinion of many, was a contraversial decision. He went on to beat Castillo, only to get starched by Floyd.

As for Joe. His first fight on U.S soil, he was dropped, and won a close decision via pity pat. He didnt win it as much as Hopkin's lost it. Had Hopkins just stayed busy, he would've won the fight unanimously.

Funny how both fighters look unstoppable until they step on U.S soil.
