this is not an easy fight by any means.berto has crazy talent.and considering cotto's loss, this could be closer than most think.even though i think cotto is on another level compared to berto's comp, i wouldn't be surpised if berto lasts and makes it a good fight.

yeah Cartin you can say that but that really doesnt mean nothing. who the hell did Baldmoir beat before he beat undisputed Judah, some fights stuff can happen. and when you get spanked like Cotto did un July you never know hows he gonna come back. plus I have to say once again have you ever seen a fight that Cotto hasnt been hurt?? so when he gets hurt against Berto then we'll know what happens then. Berto has been down before so if he goes down it's no surprise, but Cotto took some kness so we'll just have to wait and see. plus I think this is the fasest fighter Cotto has ever faced.

AND I'M A RICAN TOO!!!! look I knew Coto was going to lose to Margarito because he never fought going backwards are actually boxed anybody. he just puts presure, so when he fought Margarito I was like can he even fight going backwards. now if he fought Berto he would come foward but he gets caught every fight and Berto is 2 times faster, I think Cotto can win the fight but why riskeverything on Berto, thats just trouble.

as the article states, they want to BUILD interest in the rematch by bringing cotto back against a credible opponent......

if cotto comes back and beats the **** outta a "joe-blow-nobody," there won't be as much interest in a rematch from the general public.....there's really no point in fighting a nobody on cotto's part, to prepare for a rematch w/ margarito either.....cotto might as well come back and take the rematch str8 out, instead of fighting a nobody....

consider this, cotto comes back and beats a "credible" opponent, not only will that draw interest from every1, but it will give cotto a huge boost of confidence going into the rematch......

you lose your first fight, brutally, after being on top, then come back & beat a nobody, what does that do for you?
