That's just all in fun...it's kind of like a ritual that he does. Roy has always been dedicated in his training and this fight he even moved camp away from florida to stay focused so you best believe slap boxing with a friend isn't all he's doing in training.

Great..cool...I know that's not all he was doing, just wish I had seen some more of it. This is probably a big HBO 24/7 marketing strategy, but the first 24/7 didn't have him doing anything but dancing to hip hop and shadow boxing with spanky.
