yeah thats the whole purpose of this card
arce and donaire face easy opponents then fight on ppv, kinda like the gomez vs cotto tony vs cintron doubleheader
smart move by arum, arce really looks shot and he can make a new star by fedding him to donaire

man fernando beltran should do something
he should refuse and have montiel fight donaire instead
arce should consider retirement if he struggles with chino garcia

Arce really needs to retire after this fight with Garcia. It's not like he has anything to prove, he's had his day and should look at finishing boxing before anything serious happens. Excitement could turn sour against Donaire, and i don't want to see this fight happen. Montiel may be too soon, but someone like Navarro or Munoz should give stern tests.

ya i agree . . . it'll be a shame for arce to end his career getting totally dominated after giving us so many good wars. i guess hes chasing a money fight before he hangs them up.

well its not like a fight against donaire is gonna give him a huge paycheck
he can make more money fighting bums at mexico, he is an idol here and will always sell out arenas no matter how weak his opposition
