He has fought just about everybody that's big. Even with the judges giving the win to the other guy...ex..Trinidad,Mosley2, the people thought he won those matches. DLH has giving boxing/casual fans what they want to see. His looks too.

Who wouldn't want to get paid millions to beat up on a little Pac?

this should answer the question....but I think his high profile rep among many artists and big ppl are the ones that really made him the biggest boxing draw...

good looks, for one, people have followed him since the olympics including the casual boxing fans (alot of fans follow fighters who do well in the olympics i.e. audley harrison, khan etc), powerful friends, good promotion, wide market appeal to both americans (because hes so well integrated into the american dream) and mexicans (because he acknowledges his heritage), shows a willingness to take on big names (b-hop, tito, sugar shane) and one factor that probably isn't getting enough credit hes a pretty damn good boxer.

I think the reason he got so many high profile fights was because he was boxing's biggest draw. the reason he was boxings biggest draw were because:

1. Lived up to Hype
2. Looks :S
3. Olympic story
4. Freinds

o good ole boy who rises from poverty to win the gold medal in the 95 olympics for his dead mother and a perfect 31-0 record until he faced off with Felix Trinidad, which many had thought he won.
