32-1 never been knocked down or had a draw or even came close to it with someone of the talent level of Ray Austin dog is you crazy??? Fast Eddie wud put on a clinic against Ibragimov and he should go to lhw? Ya kno what you new here so i'm gonna let that rook card give you some time b4 I start bashin your opinions.

I agree Eddie's a good fighter - he would probably defeat all but about 5 of the heavyweights.

But he's a good style matchup for Wladimir, being an orthodox fighter who doesn't bounce around much, staying in one place to be hit. I think Wlad would break down his defense and knock him out. Some of Wlad's previous opponents had never been knocked down before he fought them: Barrett and Thompson for example. Wlad was the first to put Mercer down with a head punch.

I dont think its a fight HBO will want either, Eddie isnt well known, Wlad will end up fighting Rahman or Williamsonl most likely Rahman. Eddie is tricky fighter but he would get knocked out or stopped by Wlad in the mid too late rds, he doesnt hit ahrd enough

...I also agree and I think Eddie is more qualified than anyone else available.

It's better than a Rahman fight but it's a bad fight for Chambers stylistically IMO.

the only real win Chambers has is against Guinn who while having been hyped as the future circa 2003, turned out to be nothing special, and a ruined Brock

Granted Ibragimov doesnt have THAT much of a better resume but it is better none the less, Old Holy, roided Briggs,Ahunaya, Whitaker,Austin, and throw in his amateur accomplishments and yes Ibragimov is better

I think he has a bit more pop, is a small but natural heavy unlike chambers, in spite of being down against Austin i'd say they both have good chins, southpaw, and better footwork i stand by my opinion

hopefully we'll see chambers against Klychko and we'll have a true measuring stick and once he gets savagly brutalized you can come back and talk to me

Oh and forgot, a sick Povetkin beat him comfortably, Povetkin/Ibragimov would be more competitive and i wouldn't be shocked if Sultan pulled it off (I'd be rooting for Povetkin though)

No doubt you're right, Eddie doesn't have much head movement. Jus put's his hands up to cover his head and takes licks to the body. Will Wlad's power stop him? Personally I don't think it will, I think Eddie has some of the fastest hands and if dude comes in with a great mental state he'll put on an entertainin fight. But that's what's kept im back in the division, he breaks down mentally and it sucks cuz dude is a bad ass fighter when he's on top of his game. We don't even know if this fight will happen though, whateva Fast Eddie for life.
