How does this work for Willie Pep??

How could he win a round without throwing a punch, wouldn’t that other guy win on the Calzaghe rule work rate??

    Seriously

Even if he was missing badly he should still win the round,he would at least touch him once

The round he won without throwing a punch was actually reported to be one of the most action packed of that fight, it's just a Bert Sugar story.

I don't beileve it, and never will until I see it. If the other guy was throwing and Pep didn't throw a single punch then Pep loses the round IMO.
