in my opinion Roy wanted to go 12 rounds against Badi, Hanshaw and Tito, first, to see where is at after 12 rounds, and second, not to risk getting caught with something ******. Thats why he didnt go for the kill against Hanshaw on the 12th, after knoking him down in the 11th, and same reason why he didnt finish Tito...actually i think he didnt want to humiliate him also, his 2 knokdowns were unintentional for jones, he was surprised to see tito go down. I think Joe is in for a surprise soon.

Listen, I hate Calzaghe as much as you (maybe more, actually) but this thread is just done to ensure you can bump it and slate the result of the fight, whatever it may be. If Slappy wins, RJJ was shot. If RJJ, Slappy lost to someone who was shot.

Personally, I give RJJ a, er, shot. Really. I've been re-watching his last 3 fights, and it's given me cause for optimism, more so than I've had prior to watching them.

no, but in this case he just didnt want to **** up his comeback trail and in the same time test himself on the long distance. KOing Tito in round 4would only prove to him that he has the power against a smaller guy, go 12 rounds with him flooring him 2 times proved to him that he still can knock ppl down and his legs can take the long run onstage
