Kessler is a good fighter game to fight anyone.
Credit to him for wanting a Re-Match but having already seen him fight Calzaghe Id like to see how he'd match up Vs Hopkins at SMW.

I am glad to see Kessler wants big opponents. I hope he lands someone decent. I doubt he will get Calzaghe but one of the top guys at either 168 or 175 would be good.

I think Kessler would have a good chance of beating Calzaghe in a rematch but the fight will not happen.

The thing is it is hard to gauge how much Kessler learnt from that fight because since he has restricted himself to fighting his mates from the pub. We will only find out if he learned anything from that loss when he gets back in there with a qualiy guy.

Make it 80/20 if Calzaghe wins and Kessler wants the fight so badly he should take that 20 percent of the margin... hahaha, but it is very doubtful that Calzaghe will give him a rematch.

No he doesn't. Only time he fought someone again pretty much, was a mandatory and he didn't want to do it. He knocked him out again.

Kessler may do a little better against Calzaghe in a rematch but not much better, Calzaghe is clearly the superior fighter. It took Calzaghe a few rounds to adapt to him in the process losing a few, next time he probably wouldn't even lose those being more used to Kessler, so whose to say he wouldn't win a wider UD?

Calzaghe certainly has far more elements and adaptability to his game, so if Kessler catches up with that one stance type tactic Calzaghe imposed on him, he'll have another one or two in another fight, he'll always be playing catch up.

I'd give him a fair chance against Hopkins but still favour Hops. I'd favour him over Jones and most other guys though.
