that being said i think darcy has more than a punchers chance.
mijares can get loose and and start toying with opponents ,hands down, playing the macho. and possible be drawn into a toe to toe where darcy could get lucky.
darchinyan isnt like his bro vanes who listens to his corner and is improving his defense. this guys a miniature wiseass tyson with limited defense.

feel this may go the route of the mijares/arce.

lets just wait for their rematch.
yea never mind vic was the much bigger guy againts donairs brother, but lets not forget what happened and who was the coward in defeat and refusing to acknowledge he was hurt

"i dont know what to say i wasn't hurt"

must be embarrasing to get knocked into next month by a nobody

i believe on vanes site or maybe *********.

hey bummer. vanes hometown didnt allow a boxing gym in his neiborhood because it might bring riff raff in. but glendale has always had legal ******** casinos way before the indian idiot low odds casinos got started.
vanes wanted that gym so's he didnt have to travel to a pro gym to workout. i mean you know he's a minority and he prob must be looked at differently from the locals. and where can he get the food he prefers but in his local hood!that idiot city!!!
so he travels to workout. thing is in L.A. a 20mile trip might take you over an hour!

                times have changed buddy...

there are now over a dozen boxing gyms in glendale, and most are Armenian owned and operated.

Vanes' Olympic run really got Glendale's youth into the fighting game, he is very much looked up to these days by the next generation.

Also, recently the city council voted 4-1 in favor of bringing Professional boxing back to Glendale, CA after a 64 year ban.

yes my friend... Glendale is proud of Vanes, and vice versa

Well, Donaire was being praised highly actually for being an upcoming prospect. Few might of known about him yes and few probably still. But in terms of the lack of popularity of the lighter guys, Donaire was ranked high in the flyweights. I also don't see how you can say he was a cowardly chump like his brother when he never once fought like a coward in the fight. Infact he made Vic look scared in many moments throughout the fight. Once Vic knew Donaire wasn't gonna be another tomato can that would let Vic walk over him, he knew he was screwed. I expect the same by Mijares who made Arce look funny, another big puncher.
