Howard Eastman Gains Split Decision Over Andrew Lewis

One fight that escaped everyone last weekend was a battle of two, 37-year-old, former champions. Howard Eastman (44-6, 35KOs), once a top middleweight contender, retained the Guyanese middleweight title that he won in July with a split decision over former welterweight champion Andrew "Six Heads" Lewis (23-4-2, 20KOs). The fight took place at the National Stadium in Georgetown, Guyana. Eastman spent almost his entire career in the UK, but his last two have been in his birthplace of Guyana.
