a couple reasons why it won't pass 500k ppv buys:

bad world economy
rjj is shot
calzaghe is a slapper
people will save their money and not purchase the fight
bad stylistic match up

I don't think its going to do great. Not only do you have DLH V Pac next month the undercard is garb. I say about 350-400k. I'm not buying it because of the undercard.

But i do agree it breaks 500k. DAN RAFAEL of ESPN.com is a little more optimistic, he thinks the 24/7 series will get the fight above 750k buys, but i doubt that highly

the 24/7 series will help alot but the undercrd is ****e - zab judah was meant to fight i think he pulled out. im pretty sure that didn't do it the world of good.

DLH V Pac is a better card than RJJ Calzaghe. You get a B matchup with DLH pac compared to an A- with RJJ/Calzaghe. Look at the undercards thout the DLH undercard is above avg while the RJJ undercard is the worst undercard in years. I will take 4 decent fights over the 1 slightly better 1 fight.
