Just got back from a pep rally Roy Jones Jr hosted down herrrrre in Pensacola (in the house) Florida.

He (Jones) said "I dropped a SOUTHPAW the other day so fast that is scared me". He also said Joe Calzaghe is going to be in some trouble come Nov 8th due to him being in great shape and that he is prepared more than ever.

I asked how he felt (physically) he said "beautiful" with a big ass smile. I asked you gonna whoop Joe, (REED this is for you) He responded "Most defiantly". He thanked his fans and said tune in, you will see something special.

Anyway Jones didn't say to much because HBO was there and he said he knows Joe will be watching and that he didn't want to give anything away.

As far as his appearance, as always he was covered (nike sweatsuit). He looked great and even sang his new song, that he'll come out with for the fight! I have a few autographs (TRUTH hit me up)....

Anyway I'm sure more will come out from the event. Actually some of it will be on HBO's 24/7....
