What happened with Mike Oliver?

This kid was coming up nicely. Winning good fights including a win over Gary Stark Jr. in which i thought he was the underdog. Then he picked up a win against Al Seeger who is a tough guy.

Anyways Oliver then fights a tough Colombian and gets stopped then he fights Antonio Escalante and gets stopped again.

Has he hit his high point already? can he bounce back? Iceman what is your opinion
