this is the most ******est thing Oscar could've done. he has ruin his boxing reputation for even announcing this fight let alone doing it. i still hope something goes wrong and it gets cancelled. ive lost total respect for de la ho.

Good points. I'll agree with the exception that this fight shouldn't be called an upset. JAT

Oscar is garbage... its an even fight

Oscar is garbage.. He wasn't acting against Forbes. Forbes messed DLH face up.. Oscar's power and size didn't win that fight, the fight against Mayweather and it won't be the difference in this fight.

Pacquaio not just a smaller man

Pacquaio is not just a smaller man who's going to lose to a bigger man. DLH is garbage.. Washed up..was always over rated.. Now over rated and washed up. Manny is in his prime. The only question is my mind is how does Pacman compare to Forbes? Looking back at the DLH Forbes fight we saw Forbes in no danger of being knocked out and DLH face getting cut all up and Forbes hitting him at will. Pac Jizzel will hit Girlahoya at will. DLH will not KO Pac Jizzel. He will have his moments but I'm looking for Pac to get a decision.

To be factual, according to Boxrec, Forbes hasn't been a lightweight since 2004, although before that he seemed to have no difficulty in getting down to Lt-weight, even Junior Lt-weight.

But, since 2004, his body has become accustomed to the weight, and he's grown into it.

Asfor the fight, I've written my opinion long ago, asd soon as it was announced. Again, I'll say that this so-called fight, is a travesty of all we feel about the Art of Self Defence, and an unconcealed greedy money grab from the crazy fans of both boxers, plus of course, the "important" people, who need to be seen at the fight to keep their images in public view...............

AND....I'm CERTAIN that Oscar is NOT "washed up". Last time I looked him up on Boxrec, about 2 months ago, he was ranked as the #1--154Lb-er. Of course this may not be so, since there are a few pretty good 154 lb-ers, but Oscar can give ANYONE a good fight and, likely beat him.

Don't misunderstand me, as everyone who reads my letters knows well, I dislike and despise Oscar, who, to me, is a phoney-baloney, and a lot more on the same lines.

I think it would be ENTIRELY within reason, that in the Forbes fight, knowing the he was at least as fast, and a much heavier puncher, who has faced far, far, better opposition, and won, as well as being so much physically bigger and stronger than Forbes, I say again, it would be reasonable to think, that Oscar "STAGE-MANAGED " this fight, in a way which made it LOOK close, but which he was in no danger of losing.

Coprrect me if I'm wrong, but I believe that the scoring was 10-2 in rounds for Oscar,...

All this to BOOST UP the highly unlikely chance that Pacquiao has a CHANCE, which cold, solid reason, says he has NOT.

Since Oscar himself says that he's had this fight in his mind for over a year before it was arranged, the scenario I've painted looks even MORE reasonable.

Of course it's pure speculation, but such fakery and crookery occur in boxing that NOTHING is out of bounds for weaselly minded Promoters who also happen to be pretty good fighters, and who get paid both from the fight, and from the Promotion, not to mention all those juicy site fees, TV fees, Sponsor fees, and a LOT more............

I wouldn't be surprised to hear that even the Boxing Glove companies have been elbowing each other out of the way to be allowed to pay a "bribe" fee to get their name into the mix........and a LOT more........did I already say that??

There are a lot of stuffs to be said about this bout... But lets face it, its already set whether we like it or not... All we can do is to wait and see if all we have said and believe are true or wrong... Its not good to say a lot of words as if we are expert. Remember even experts commit mistakes. DLH has a greater chance to win but im not understemating PAC's ability, he can also win maybe SD... I agree with you SRL, well said...
