but I think a lot of you guys are too used to the quick-stoppage refs we have nowadays. if a nonbiased ref from the 70s was there tonight, he would have let Bute continue too, because he was clearly up before 10...just in terrible condition.

Overall, I think Andrade probebly deserved to win that fight, because Bute was totally gone...but the final result isnt that bad. its one of those 'Bute won the boxing match, Andrade won the fight' kind of things.

...unless Bute never gives Andrade a rematch, then hes a coward.

**** that. if meldrick taylor didn't get to win the JCC fight, Bute should not get this luxury. He got Knocked out. He was beaten in a fight by a tougher man. he lost. **** him!

Andrades a bum with a steel chin, he didn't do **** against Bute at all until Bute ran out of gas. I thought Andrade improved his offense since Kessler, I guess I'm wrong because all he did was wait until Bute was gassed out until he attacked

LMAO, Dude you're obviously BIASED as hell.. For 1. By you calling Andrade a bum you're discrediting Bute because Andrade was hitting Bute with alot of punches for a bum. I guess those body shots and punches to the face didn't contribute to Bute gassing out huh? Maybe it was all the holding that Bute did that gassed him out and sapped him of his energy?

Yes, the ref did seem a bit influenced by the crowd, but he wasn't as bad as some people are making him out to be.

The referee was horrible and biased the whole night, whether it could have been stopped or not is debatable but the referee was horrible in the fight.

yea, this was a LOT like the JCC fight.

I wish, wish both this fight and the JCC fight had been 15 rounds. neither of them would have been controversial, and we all know who would have won both.

You seem like Farhood - bitter because the European boxer won instead of the American.

I thought the referee wasn't as bad as some are saying. Andrade was trying to headbutt Bute every time he got the chance, and he could have been deducted points or even disqualified for that.

I was impressed by Bute for 11 rounds until he was beaten up in round 12.

The referee had no control over the fight. That much should be obvious, whether you think he was biased or not.
