You are supposed to see if they can go on before letting them go... once he says box, then they are supposed to ring the bell...

Even with the long count, that should have been stopped at 3:00 exactly, because... the fighter has to show the ref that he is okay before the fight can continue and the round can end.

CANNOT BE SAVED BY THE BELL IN ANY ROUND.
