By the way it's "TONEY" not tony and yes he truly works on loosing weight. He was ballooning close to 250 at those times between fights. He would wear a "summertime" wetsuit while sparring to loose weight. Yes he sparred to loose weight. Boxers do do that you know against lower risk sparring partners. Just ask one.....
