No disrespect to Roy, but the man is crazier than Hopkins is. And his comparison of experience between himself and Bernard was fine, but when he brought Joe into the story he flipped the script entirely. I won't stand for that ****. I can't understand how a man who's done what Jones has done in this sport during his lifetime, can respect a guy like Joe.

And give some credit to Hopkins you old bastard. You won't be doing that at 43.

I think what Roy was saying about after the first round was what pretty much everyone knew. Bernard was going to beat Pavlik because Pavlik looked like crap from the very start of the fight. Bernard had him all figured out and the game plan he was using was working perfectly. Pavlik is a come forwar dfighter and even in the frist round he was not able to move to his left and cut the ring off for what ever reason.

As for the comment he made about Pavlik making Bernard look good. I think what he ment was Pavlik style was tailor made for Bernard and thus he looked goo din there against him.

As for the next level fighters comment and putting Calzaghe in there with Bernard and Roy Jones. i think that after Calzaghe fought Bernard and got the W you have to add his name in there with them. If Roy whoops him Calzaghe will be 45-1. So having experienced 45-50 fights you should no longer be green. Pavlik in his 35th contest and being 26 years old could be considered green when compared to men in thee 50th contest and who are pushing 40+

He's got experience, he just doesn't have Jones or Hopkins type experience. Infact, he's far from it.

I almost hope Joe slaps the piss out of what's left of Roy's brain after reading that garbage. But I can't do that, I actually like Roy, he just got me seeing red there for a moment with the dismissial of Hopkins' achievement, and the touting of Joe's experience.

Anyone who knows me will tell you that's a quick way to get stabbed in the throat with the nearest sharp object.
