Message for Joe Calslappy, Sir Slap-a-lot, Slapzaghe, etc (add as you please)
Please Joe, to appease all educated boxing fans throughout the world can you please do one of the following:
A) retire - on the basis that the technique you have been forced to apply more and more over the years does not please certain boxing fans
B) sit down on your punches and break your hand in the first 3 rounds of your next fight and then try to win the fight one handed
C) get KO'd by the next challenger put in front of you (i.e. Lacy, Kessler, Hopkins, Pavlik, Jones, Dawson....) Please be prepared for this list to grow should any of the following apply to your opponent - had an off night, subject to a dodgy decision, injured in training, not in their absolute prime, are older than you, have not had sufficient TV exposure, are european, are over-rated, over-hyped, use the wrong style, etc)
It is disgraceful to think that in the past 3 years you have fought the 2 other belt holders in your own weight division, the Ring Champion from the division above and are now about to fight a former 8 times world champion who is 3 years older than you for a bucketful of cash in your last fight...it is disgusting behaviour...
If it hadn't been for the inexperience of B-Hop in employing the wrong tactics in your first fight you would most certainly have been KO'd and if you ever fought again then you would not last more than 6 rounds. In addition to this, despite the result of last weekends fight, I have no doubt that a 160 lb Pavlik, who has not injured his elbow and is free of any ailments such as bronchitis would also KO you reasonable easily...oh, and Chad Dawson at 175lb would be too big for you and you would be KO'd easily as well...
For the good of boxing please take your brittle hands, your unorthodox style, your southpaw stance, your accuracy, timing and hand speed, workrate and proven chin and take up another sport more suited to you...
Thanks
